It’s Never too late to save a “bad day”.
There’s always time to hit your wins. Even if it’s just one. Get that W and celebrate.
Cos not every day is perfect, some aren’t even great.
Like today fro me. I skipped my wake up. Skipped my workout. Skipped my meditation. Skipped my cold shower.
Felt shitty. Felt a visceral drop in confidence. Knew I’d let myself down.
But also, I’d let everyone else down. My people. The ones I’m doing this for.The wake up time isn’t for me. It’s for them. It’s gratitude that I get to LIVE another day. And contribute to our future.
The workout isn’t for me. It’s building the man I wish to become so I can give him away – to my people.
The meditation isn’t for me. It’s for you. It’s a channel to inspiration. To clarity. To finding some words that might propel You to do something good for YOU and YOUR People.
I find myself, to serve my people better. I am grateful for the chance to dig deep inside to make MYSELF a better version than yesterday.
And when I let myself down, I let everyone down.
But it’s never too late.
So it’s a shitty day. So I skipped. So I was feeling lazy.
I flicked that switch, hit gratitude and got to work.
Dialed in, hit that 200 reps. Hit the cold.
Got myself back to centre. Back to me. Got my W’s.
Now I can look back and know I owned the day. I drew something out of it. And know I can do it again.
I’m inspired to hit it again 5am tomorrow. With purpose.
And I can write these words. And they may sound trite. But they’re REAL, and I write them to connect. To serve.
It’s never too late to turn the day around.
It’s never too late to turn a day around. A week around. A month, a year, a Decade – a LIFE.
And there’s no better time than NOW to turn it on.
“Someday” is not a day of the week.
“Sometime” is not on the clock.
Pick yourself up. Remember WHY you’re doing this. See who’s behind you, counting on you.
There’s always time.
Get to it.
